Book the animal space, not just the train

Pet seating and cabins are inventory-controlled. A train appearing in search results does not mean the correct animal accommodation remains available.

Long journeys need dog-time planning

Night trains solve distance, but relief, water, heat and boarding time still belong in the itinerary. Confirm what the booked cabin provides.
